Allison has been an orthodontic assistant for over 37 years and truly loves what she does. Helping patients feel comfortable, confident, and excited about their smiles is what motivates her every day. She takes pride in creating a welcoming environment, explaining treatment clearly and making sure every patient feels cared for.
Throughout her career, She has learned that orthodontics is about more than just straightening teeth- it is about building trust, supporting families and working together as a team to give patients the best experience possible. She brings strong attention to detail, years of hands-on knowledge and a genuine commitment to helping others.
When she's not gracing the Oasis, she is with her family and traveling whenever she can, Ideally relaxing at the beach! Her snuggle buddy at home is Roxy, her Boston Terrier. This is what keeps her grounded and happy. She brings that same positive energy into the office every day.
After nearly four decades in orthodontics, she is still passionate about what she does, proving, "you never work a day in your life when you love what you do."
